Initial consultations are typically 45–60 minutes. Dr van den Bergh allocates sufficient time to discuss your situation thoroughly without rushing.

Completely. All information is handled in full compliance with POPIA and is never shared with third parties without your written consent.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultation fees are available on enquiry. Consultations are billed at specialist rates and may be covered or partially reimbursed by your medical aid, depending on your benefits.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Medical aid details, any relevant previous surgical or oncology records, and a list of current medications. For reconstruction enquiries, any prior pathology or imaging reports are helpful.
